Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN / Next.js / TypeScript)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Stack Application Development -

   • Develop scalable and production-ready web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, and Node.js.  

   • Build reusable, optimized, and maintainable frontend components using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.  

   • Design, develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.  

   • Work on responsive UI development, backend architecture, database design, and third-party integrations.  

   • Write clean, structured, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.  

   • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. 
      

2. Technical Leadership & Team Management -

   • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers across frontend and backend development.  

   • Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.  

   • Guide developers in debugging, performance optimization, and scalable development approaches.  

   • Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.  

   • Encourage clean code practices, proper TypeScript usage, and strong development discipline.
     
     

3. System Architecture & Problem Solving -

   • Design scalable system structures and modular application architecture.  

   • Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production-level issues efficiently.  

   • Troubleshoot problems across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and deployment environments.  

   • Proactively suggest technical improvements, optimizations, and better implementation approaches.  

   • Ensure applications are secure, stable, and optimized for long-term scalability.
     
     

4. Project Management & Collaboration -

   • Break down project requirements into technical tasks and development milestones.  

   • Coordinate with project managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.  

   • Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and project timelines.  

   • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, documentation, and reporting.  

   • Maintain clear communication and development transparency within the team.
     
     

5. DevOps, Deployment & Infrastructure -

   • Handle deployments and server management on AWS platforms including EC2, S3, CloudFront, IAM, RDS, and related services.  

   • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.  

   • Manage version control workflows using Git and GitHub.  

   • Monitor server/application performance and ensure high availability.  

   • Support production deployments, debugging, and infrastructure optimization.     

Required Technical Skills:

1. Core Development Skills -

   • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.  

   • Advanced hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend development practices.  

   • Deep understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and REST API architecture.  

   • Strong experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and database optimization techniques.  

   • Understanding of scalable folder structures, reusable architecture, and modular development.  

   • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, authentication systems, and API security.     
     
     

2. Frontend & State Management -

   • Experience with Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar state management libraries.  

   • Strong understanding of responsive UI development and frontend performance optimization.  

   • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks.
     
     

3. DevOps & Deployment -

   • Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and server infrastructure management.  

   • Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and collaboration practices.  

   • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.  

   • Basic understanding of Docker and containerized deployments is preferred.
     
     

4. Performance & Security -

   • Experience with optimizing frontend rendering and backend performance.  

   • Understanding of authentication and security practices including JWT, OAuth, HTTPS, RBAC, and API protection.  

   • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and scalability concerns.

• Experience working on ERP, CRM, HRMS, automation, or enterprise-grade systems is an advantage. 

Bonus Skills (Good to Have) :

• Docker and container orchestration basics  

• WebSocket or Socket.io implementation  

• Microservices architecture understanding  

• Redis or caching systems  

• Queue management systems  

• Server monitoring and logging tools  

• Testing frameworks and automated testing practices
